Terms and Conditions
* The booking is confirmed when availability has been verified. A 10%
deposit is required within two weeks of agreeing your dates. North Cyprus
Accommodation(N.C.A) will keep the dates you requested open for one week
unless more time is agreed. Full payment is required four weeks before
departure unless N.C.A agree a different timescale.
* The booking relates to accommodation only. Although we will help with
flights, car hire, transfers or any other reasonable request, we cannot be
held responsible. It will be the responsibility of the various service
providers.
* This is a luxury complex so please behave in an appropriate manor, I.e.
noise level, No ball games around pools etc Please ask the onsite team
for further details.
* N.C.A can not be held responsible for any accident, injury, loss or
damage however caused.
* Any parties booking should arrange their own adequate personnel
holiday travel insurance.
* The management company of Med-View and the owners reserve the right to
visit the property at any time to carry out any maintenance required.
* Only guests named/indicated on the booking form are to occupy the
accommodation.
* All information given is accurate to the best of our knowledge. We
cannot be held responsible for the changes made that we are not aware of
or are indeed beyond our control. All distances given are approximate
and should only be used as a guide.
